Description

FGF-10 is a member of the fibroblast growth factor family and belongs to the FGF-7 subfamily. It is a heparin-binding growth factor that plays a central role during prenatal development, postnatal growth, and regeneration of a variety of tissues, by promoting cellular proliferation and differentiation.  FGF-10 knockout mice die at birth due to their lack of lung and limb formation. Recombinant Mouse FGF-10 is a 17.0 kDa protein consisting of 148 amino acid residues.
