The Gibson Assembly® pUCGA1.0 vector is a high copy control, 2725 bp, linearized sub-cloning vector containing 30 bp Gibson Assembly® overlaps (GA ends). These GA ends are designed specifically to have minimal sequence homology to naturally occurring genes. The pUCGA1.0 vector can be used for Gibson Assembly® cloning with BioXp™ tiles with GA ends.
