Description
APC Streptavidin is a second-step reagent useful when detecting biotinylated antibodies in indirect staining protocols. Streptavidin is a nonglycosylated biotin-binding protein that is bacterially derived. Like avidin, it binds to biotin with high affinity but displays less nonspecific binding.
